The South African Civil Aviation Authority has published the Twenty First Amendment to the Civil Aviation Regulations 2021. These regulations have been promulgated by Minister Fikile Mbalula. The Aero Club has received feedback on numerous errors, some of which substantially change the intended meaning of the regulations compared to what was agreed and sent for promulgation by members. If you were part of the CARcom process and have noted discrepancies, please be in contact with the Aero Club in this regard for it to be addressed.
