ACC Aviation, the global aviation services group, has appointed Andreas Pericleous to a new position as Vice President Business Development, dedicated to the company’s expanding, international consulting division.
Andreas will work across the consultancy portfolio covering aircraft asset management, technical services, aviation finance and advisory.
He brings 10 years of international aviation experience to ACC Aviation, having graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Air Transport Management from Loughborough University, UK and earned an MSc in both Marketing and Sustainable Aviation (by Research), from Manchester Business School and Manchester Metropolitan University, respectively. Andreas also holds an MBA from the Cyprus International Institute of Management.
Andreas adds a new EU base and time zone for the group, working out of Cyprus, complementing the mainstay consulting team bases in Dubai and the UK.
He joins ACC Aviation from an established, international air charter and ACMI brokerage in Cyprus where he led business development for five years, taking a seat on the management board from 2017.
Andreas forged close relationships with a variety of operators and managed long term ACMI (wet and damp lease) contracts, as well as GSA agreements.
“I’m delighted to be joining ACC Aviation at such a pivotal time for the aviation sector. The world’s airlines are rebuilding, and we are well positioned to support that growth with our holistic aircraft transaction services. ACC Aviation has a well-earned reputation as a leading consultancy for airlines, lessors, lenders and investors. I am extremely pleased to be joining the company. I see many opportunities in this new role and look forward to leveraging my professional networks to facilitate continued business growth for the Consulting division,” Andreas said.
